• Prescription and case information supplied by the treating practice.
• Digital scans, supporting files, status history, and communications.
• Basic security and service logs needed to operate the portal.

How information is used

Information is used to manufacture restorations, coordinate shipping, perform quality control, invoice the practice, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Dentran does not sell patient or clinic information.

Sharing and safeguards

Access is limited to authorized Dentran personnel and approved service providers that need the information to perform their work. Practices should submit patient information and scans through the authenticated portal—not ordinary email.

Practice responsibilities and requests

The treating practice is responsible for obtaining required patient authorizations. Contact Dentran to request access, correction, export, or deletion where legally permitted. Some records may be retained for billing, quality, warranty, security, or legal requirements.
