Remake and adjustment policy
Dentran reviews remake requests using the original prescription, submitted records, production history, and clinical feedback.
Requesting a review
Contact Dentran promptly and identify the case number, seating date, issue observed, and requested resolution. Include clear photos or new scans when they help explain fit, contact, occlusion, shade, or damage. Do not include patient details in ordinary email.
Covered laboratory issues
Dentran will review verified manufacturing defects and deviations from a complete prescription. Approved cases are returned to production and tracked as a remake so the original history remains intact.
Items requiring review or a new charge
- Changes to the original prescription, material, shade, or design.
- New preparation, impression, scan, bite, or clinical condition.
- Incomplete or inaccurate records supplied with the original case.
- Damage after delivery or loss outside Dentran’s custody.
Authorization
Dentran will confirm remake eligibility, required records, expected turnaround, and any charge before proceeding. Written contract terms or case-specific approvals control if they differ from this summary.
