Terms of service
These terms govern use of the Dentran portal and laboratory services by dental professionals and their authorized staff.
Professional use
The portal is intended for licensed dental professionals and authorized practice staff. Account holders are responsible for accurate prescriptions, lawful patient authorization, account security, and all activity under their account.
Prescriptions and clinical decisions
Dentran manufactures according to the submitted prescription and records. The treating clinician remains responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, preparation, material selection, fit verification, and final delivery to the patient.
Pricing and payment
The price shown when a case is submitted is recorded with that case. Taxes, approved adjustments, shipping, and other written terms may apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due Net 15 — payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after Dentran receives a complete, production-ready case. Clarifications, missing records, remakes, carrier delays, holidays, and events outside Dentran’s control may change the estimated date.
Acceptable use
Users may not bypass access controls, upload malicious content, submit fraudulent carrier requests, access another practice’s records, or use the portal in violation of law.
